2. What This Site Is
dekesin.com is the official brand site for DEKESIN, a U.S. fishing tackle brand. The site shows our products, our story, and our content (the "Field Notes" blog). The site links to third-party retail product pages where you can buy DEKESIN products.
dekesin.com does not sell products directly. We do not handle payments. We do not ship products. We do not accept returns or process refunds. All of that is handled by the retailer you purchase from.
3. Intellectual Property
DEKESIN, the DEKESIN logo, the "Built by an angler" tagline, and our product photography are our trademarks and copyrights. Don't use them without permission.
Our blog posts and product descriptions are also our content. You can quote them with attribution and a link back. Don't republish them wholesale.
4. Purchases, Returns, and Warranty
All purchases of DEKESIN products are made through third-party retailers. Sales terms, return policies, warranties, refunds, shipping, and customer service are governed by the retailer's policies — not by dekesin.com.
For any purchase-related question (returns, defects, refunds, shipping), please contact the retailer you bought from. dekesin.com does not process orders and cannot resolve purchase issues.
For product feedback, design suggestions, or general questions about DEKESIN tackle, you can email us. We read everything — but purchase questions go to the retailer.
5. Links to Amazon
When you click a "View on Amazon" link on dekesin.com, you go to a product page on amazon.com. DEKESIN is the brand owner; Amazon is the retailer. We are not currently enrolled in any Amazon affiliate, Influencer, or Attribution program, and we do not earn a commission on purchases made through these links. DEKESIN is not liable for any damages arising from use of this site, except as required by law. Because we do not sell products directly, our maximum liability in connection with any purchase is limited.
